1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you provide in the questionnaire:

• Your name (used to personalize your audio)
• Your age (used to tailor content length and language)
• Your gender (used to personalize language)
• Your strengths and goals (used to create your relaxation script)
• Your favorite place (used in guided imagery)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to generate your personalized relaxation audio file. Specifically:

• Your name is embedded in the audio script to personalize the experience
• Your age helps us tailor content length, vocabulary, and tone
• Your gender is used to personalize pronouns and language
• Your strengths and goals shape the relaxation script narrative
• Your favorite place is used as the setting for guided imagery

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any other purpose. Your data is never sold or rented.

3. Data Retention

All personal data is permanently and automatically deleted from our servers immediately after your audio file is delivered to you. We retain no copies.

We do not maintain user accounts, user profiles, or any long-term storage of personal data.

Digistore24 (our payment processor) retains transaction records as required by their own policies and applicable law. Please refer to Digistore24's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver your personalized audio file, we use the following third-party services. Each receives only the minimum data necessary to perform their function:

• Digistore24 — payment processing and order management. They handle your billing information. We never see or store your payment card details. Privacy Policy
• Groq — AI language model used to generate your personalized relaxation script from your questionnaire answers. Your questionnaire data is sent to Groq solely for this purpose.
• ElevenLabs — used to convert the generated audio into a natural, calming voice using speech-to-speech technology. The audio file produced by Google TTS is sent to ElevenLabs for voice enhancement. No personal text or questionnaire data is sent to ElevenLabs.
• Google Cloud / Google Text-to-Speech — primary voice synthesis provider. Used to generate your audio file from the personalized script.
• Google Cloud Run — hosting infrastructure for our web application. Processes your questionnaire submission in order to generate your audio file.
• Google Cloud Firestore — used to temporarily store and verify order confirmation IDs after purchase, for up to 24 hours, to grant access to the personalized questionnaire. Only a transaction identifier is stored — no personal data.

We do not share your data with any advertising networks, analytics platforms, data brokers, or any third party not listed above.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

RelaxJustForMe is sold to adults (18+) only. However, the product may be purchased by a parent or legal guardian for use by a child.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. When a parent or guardian purchases for a child, they provide the child's information (name, age, etc.) on the child's behalf and are fully responsible for that submission.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at relaxjustforme@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or behavioral analytics cookies.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tools on our website.

Digistore24's checkout page may use cookies in accordance with their own cookie policy. We have no control over cookies set by Digistore24 during the checkout process.

7. Security Measures

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Our servers are hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security
• Personal data is processed in memory only and permanently deleted immediately after audio delivery — it is never written to persistent storage
• We do not store payment card information — all payment data is handled exclusively by Digistore24

While we implement these safeguards, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to our website.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Right to deletion — request that we delete your personal data
• Right to object — object to how we process your data
• Right to portability — request your data in a portable format
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

Because we delete all personal data immediately after delivery, most data subject requests will have nothing to act on. If you have a concern, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

9. GDPR Compliance (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the following applies:

Legal basis for processing: We process your personal data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (delivering your personalized audio file).

Data minimization: We collect only the personal data strictly necessary to generate your audio file.

International transfers: Your data may be processed by our third-party providers (Groq, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud) which may be located outside the EU/EEA. These providers maintain GDPR-compliant data handling practices and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe we have violated your data rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (DPA).

10. CCPA Rights (California Users)

California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• The right to know what personal information is collected about them
• The right to know whether personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom

• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights

We do not send marketing emails. If you wish to unsubscribe from any communications, click the unsubscribe link in any email you receive, or email us at relaxjustforme@gmail.com to unsubscribe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
